After the excellent test results on the original Quirky Cup Collective journal (it’s no longer available but you can find the review here), and the release of this gorgeous edition of the Literati journal, I had to buy one and review an update, especially since they’ve completely changed the paper.
Quirky Cup Collective is an Australian brand and has been around for a while, and has found their niche in dot grid notebooks and reading journals. They release journals as a collection, with matching reading journals, notebooks, pens, washi tape, charms and book sleeves. Not only does the new version have different paper, they’ve corrected the dot spacing issue, and the journal now comes with a bookmark ribbon and a pocket.
My in-depth review video will look at the company and their products; the construction, features and markings of the journal; the company’s approach to environmental and social responsibility; and includes a pen test of a full range of pens and watercolour paints. See my pen test page for an explanation of each test.
