This is a 10-video course I’ve created to show all the different ways you can use a journal to manage and improve your mental health. I’ll add some notes soon.

3: Tracking your mental health
4: Your journal and therapy
5: Maybe you’re not doing gratitude right
6: Try affirmations again with these rules
7: Recording positives
>
Sometimes we need to work harder to think positively. We might need to reframe how we think about our bodies, our work skills, our relationships, or ourselves in general. Whether you’re preparing a page with a positive quote, writing a list of things you like or that bring you joy, or celebrating a success, your journal can play a role in making you feel better!
8: Help yourself with your journal
>
The seven pillars of self care include staying informed, looking after your mental health, exercising, healthy eating, avoiding risky behaviours, good hygiene and rational use of products and services. Use your journal to look after yourself and take control of your life, which will also help you have more positive social interactions.
